How To Renew YouR MEMBERSHIP

  1. Memberships are renewed  from your Profile on this website.  After clicking the button below, you may have to Login if you are not already logged in.

    Go To Your Profile to Renew - But read the rest of these instructions FIRST!!

  2. At the top of your Profile, your existing Membership Level will be displayed (e.g. Regular - 1 Year).

  3. If you want to change your fee level (say, from 1-year to 2-years at a lower rate), click on the Change link next to your level in your Profile screen.  (We also offer reduced rates for a Couples membership or a 3-year membership!)

    If you change your fee level using the Change link in your profile, the system will guide you through the rest of the process, but you might want to note the payment options in Step 5 below.



  4. To renew on the same terms for the same time period, click on the  RENEW TO JANUARY 01, 20NN  button on the screen.  (NOTE:  For existing Couples Memberships - only the person who first created the Couples Membership can renew it.  The RENEWAL button will not appear for the other person.)

  5. The website allows you to pay online by credit card.  If you would prefer another method (such as mailing a cheque to the CACOR Treasurer, eTransfer, or even using CanadaHelps.org), just click PAY LATER instead of PAY NOW.  The system will generate an invoice for you, and the Treasurer will update that as paid when payment is received.

NOTE:  A couple of members reported an issue where they click the PAY NOW button, but nothing appears to happen.  We have determined that in at least one case, there were empty required fields that had not been seen by the user.  If you can't see the problem, please call Andrew Welch right away at (416) 907-2076 for assistance.
